German David Sandoval Orellana

German David Sandoval Orellana, a 28 year-old Ladino teacher, received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 2008 from the Francisco Morazán University. He teaches English, math and computer classes at the Chino Tallon basic education center to youth aged 11 to 18. German dreams of a community that is free of drug addiction, with a high education level, and enthusiasm to improve. He is president of an organization called Kaysa, which means let’s go in Miskito, that works with youth on making personal improvements. He is fluent in Misquito and has lived in the Mosquitia for 21 years.
