Aleidy Jerusalen De Paz Locon

Aleidy is originally from the Department of Quetzaltenango and was selected as a GOJoven Fellow when she was 17 years old. Aleidy’s is a graduate of the College of John Harvard and the United States Embassy Program ACCES. She writes and speaks English. Aleidy is a creative, outspoken, and innovative leader, likes to work hard and collaborate with colleagues, and is cheerful and dynamic. She is a council member of the Municipal Council of Children and Adolescents and teaches for the Teaching For You program, which provides free English classes. She is also a promoter of the Observatory of Juvenile Reproductive Health (OSAR); and is a member of the Ministerial Board of Quetzaltenango. Aleidy hopes to be a journalist and communicator in the visibility of sexual health for young girls.
